Wolves improve to 10-0 with two weekend wins
The Ripley Wolves remain perfect on the season after weekend wins in Tavistock and at home to Creemore.

The Wolves walked out of Tavi on Saturday night with a 7-4 win. Garrett Meurs led the way with a hat-trick, while singles were scored by Mike Howes, Ethan Skinner, Evan Visser and Todd Hellyer.

Assists went to Cody Britton (4), Kaden Hoggarth (2), Hellyer (2), Jarred Colling, Drew Davidson, and Skinner.

Jason Hamilton stopped 34 of 38 shots for the win.

On Sunday afternoon, Santa was in the house collecting Christmas wishes from all the Junior Wolves while their heroes were collecting a smooth two points from the Creemore Coyotes, winning 7-2.

Colling led the way with two goals, while singles were added by Brett Catto, Gerrit Satosek, Hellyer, Meurs, and Britton. Assists went to Skinner (4), Dan Nicoloff (2), Jason Dopaco, Visser, Hoggarth, Hellyer, Meurs, and Satosek.

Garrett Golley stopped 26 of 28 for the win in the Wolves net.

Despite a perfect 10-0 record, the Wolves remain tied atop the league standings with 20 points, though they've played three fewer games than the Seaforth Centenaires, which sport a 10-3 record.
