Wolves season ends with 5-1 loss
The Ripley Wolves' season ended with a 5-1 loss in Game 5 against Clinton on Saturday night.

The Wolves couldn't get anything going about Clinton's towering defence in Game 5, only breaking the shutout late in the third period on a goal by Garrett Meurs, assisted by Brett Catto.

By that point, the outcome had been decided, with Clinton leading 4-0. They'd add an empty netter in the dying seconds.

Though not the end result we'd all hoped for, it was another strong season under difficult circumstances with the league again being shut down for a period due to COVID-19.

The Ripley Wolves Executive Committee thanks our players, coaches, training staff, sponsors, time clock, door and bar volunteers, and dedicated fans for your ongoing commitment to high-quality Senior hockey in our community.
