Wolves fall 5-2 in Game 1
The Clinton Radars stole Game 1 in Ripley on Sunday evening by a 5-2 score.

The Radars were on a high after a 3-1 series comeback in Round 1 against Mapleton-Minto and kept their win streak going against the Wolves, who haven't played such a high-quality team since December.

The game was tied 2-2 after two periods, but the Wolves couldn't muster anymore offence and Clinton netted a pair and added an empty-netter to strike first in the series.

Scoring for the Wolves was Jarred Colling, from Cody Britton and Gerritt Satosek, and Dan Nicoloff, from brothers Jarrett and Alex Kuntz.

Jason Hamilton took the loss in the Wolves net.

Games 2 and 3 will be played this weekend, Friday at 8:30 p.m. in Clinton, and Saturday, March 5, at 7 p.m. in Ripley. The remainder of the series schedule is:

Game 4 - Friday, March 11, at 8:30 p.m. in Clinton
*Game 5 - Saturday, March 12, at 7 p.m., in Ripley
*Game 6 - Friday, March 18, at 8:30 p.m., in Clinton
