Wolves ready for season opener on Oct. 12
The Ripley Wolves are ready to take a bite out of the Ontario Elite Hockey League when they kick off the 2024/25 season at home on Saturday, Oct. 12, against the Seaforth Centenaires.
The Wolves, who finished atop the regular season standings last year with a 16-4 record but fell to Tavistock in six games in the second round, are welcoming back much of last season's roster and have added depth to the back end and in goal, as well as some scoring punch.

Game sponsors for the home opener are Peter's Pork and J. Murray Trucking.
The Wolves are also welcoming back the coaching staff led by Mark Whalen and Wade Armstrong, as well as newcomer Troy Loucks. Jeff Richardson returns as Trainer as does Physiotherapist Kyle Kortegaard. Austin Whalen is the Equipment Manager this season.
Splitting the General Manager duties are Corey McCrae and Dustin Catto.
